Day to day Plant Maintenance, Shutdown & Turnarounds
UTOC Engineering Pte Ltd has been engaged in maintenance works since 1992. To date, we are an in-house maintenance contractor for several chemical and petrochemical plants. Every year we are also participate actively in the annual shutdown maintenance work for the plants.
Major activities performed during annual shutdowns include:-
- Equipment Replacement
- Equipment and pipe cleaning
- Tie-in work for new pipe installation, replacement of piping and installation of new piping
- Maintenance of rotating machinery such as pump, compressor, turbine and blower
- Replacement of badly corroded platform
- Internal tray replacement
- Isolation & Replacement of all type of valves, equipment’s’ parts & equipment / Column / Vessel and Heat Exchanger Maintenance
